Design Technology

	After determining all the specifications with you, we start work by designing and machining the mold that will form the rubber to fit the substrate. Our on-site machining gives the best turn-around -- for either new molds or changes to existing molds.
	On-site toolmaking means we get into production fast -- even when the molds are intricate and complex. While the production mold is being made, we use prototype tooling to determine the most cost-effective production process -- before we begin production of your part.
